The following Terms of Service outline your obligations when using the Camsake Platform ("Platform") or Service (as defined herein), or any of the information, text, graphics, videos, or other files, materials, data or content of any kind whatsoever created or provided by or through the Platform or the Service. 1. Acceptance of these Terms of Service

The Platform and the Service are owned and operated by Camsake (“Camsake,” “we,” or “us”) and are accessed by you under the Terms of Service described herein (“Terms of Service”, “the/these Terms” or “Agreement”). Global Access: Camsake is a global platform. We provide our Services to users in all countries and regions, subject to local internet regulations and compliance requirements.

4. User Accounts and Registration

• a. Eligibility: By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Camsake reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet age requirements.
• b. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension.
• c. Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service. You agree to notify us immediately at mail@camsake.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You are strictly prohibited from:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Camsake Property: The Service, its original content, features, and brand identity (including the "Camsake" name and logo) are the exclusive property of Camsake and its licensors.

b. User License: You retain ownership of content you submit (User Contributed Content). However, by posting on Camsake, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content across any media for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

7. Termination

a. By Camsake: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason—specifically including any breach of these Terms.

b. By User: If you wish to terminate your legal agreement with Camsake, you may do so by deleting your account within the app settings and ceasing all use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Camsake, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Camsake expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
